Clicking on tabs navigates between them. Other navigation options are:

scrolls the tab bar right and left.
closes all tabs (the Map tab cannot be closed).
Tabs can be used to quickly move between related information, for example to compare and contrast the inspection history of an earthwork. Having too many tabs open will make your working area cluttered however, and so we recommend closing tabs as you finish with them.
Separate tabs will open for each screen, and therefore the browser “back” and “forward” buttons have no useful function. Using them could lead to unintended consequence such as the loss of information.
Buttons on the Command Bar allow you to perform any actions which can be undertaken on the current screen.
It will update to show options relevant to the current tab and section. For some sections it will also show details of what you're looking at, e.g. the Asset ID when viewing Asset details.
The and buttons are used to hide or show the Command Bar, to gain more space for the Main Window.

Data on some tabs are split into sections to assist with viewing large quantities of information.
Sections are listed within the Section Menu. Navigate between Sections by clicking on the title. The current Section is shaded.
