The latest news is displayed for review.

Clicking Login will display the login form.

Login Form

Enter the full email address associated with the account and password then click the Login button to navigate to the Main Screen.

Clicking Forgotten my Password will allow the password associated with an account to be reset. The email address for the account must be known.

If you have not logged in to the system for six months than your account will be suspended. You will need to contact a User Manager or User System Manager to re-activate your account.

Please note that the above process may be interrupted if you are using any password managers in your web browser (either built-in or as an add-on extension). GDMS cannot control or detect whether such managers are enabled, and any effects these may have. Due to the variety of these and ways of configuring them, we are not able to document them. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with how any password manager in your web browser operates or disable it. You should refer to your organisation’s IT security policy before using any password management software.

Password Reset

Entering the email address for an account and clicking Submit will send an automated email message containing a link to reset the password.

The link will expire if not used promptly, in which case the step above must be repeated.

Passwords must meet minimum requirements for security purposes, defined here.

Clicking Cancel aborts the reset process and returns to the Login Form.

If you have forgotten your password and can no longer access your registered email address, then unfortunately it will not be possible to recover access to your account. Contact a User Manager or System Manager who will close your original account and arrange the creation of a new account
