"The System" refers to the National Highways GDMS (Geotechnical and Drainage Management Service) that is accessed from the web address https://gdms.assetia.cloud/
Information and data held on the System is subject to numerous copyrights and licensing agreements. To ensure compliance with these agreements, the System, or any mapping or other data originated from it can only be used for work commissioned by National Highways or with the express written permission of National Highways. Unauthorised use of the system is not permitted.
As soon as you are no longer engaged in work on behalf of National Highways, or other purpose for which your access to the System was agreed, you must notify the System Support Team to arrange deactivation of your account.
Please note that the Support Team cannot provide you with mapping or other data obtained from third parties or other National Highways systems.
If you need to use images of the map outside the System, for example in reports or other material authorised by National Highways, special limitations or statements of copyright may apply and you must follow the terms set out in the sections below. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you are compliant with the requirements for any re-use of this information. Where third party licence agreements require you to acknowledge the "source" of information, this is the original owner of the data (such as the Environment Agency) and not GDMS or National Highways.
