Users with Default access to GDMS will not be able to access Dashboard. Access to individual dashboard items will be dependent on your access rights to specific modules (e.g. GAD Manage users will not have access to reports for other modules unless they have similar access in those).

The Dashboard module is an area of the system that provides you with tailored information, including lists of required actions (e.g. information to review or approve).
The module is split into different sections based on different modules. You will only be able to see the dashboard items for modules that you have user rights access to. The modules in Dashboard are listed below:
Users
GAD
Geotechnical Events
Exploratory Locations
Reports
Floods
Spills
Flood Risk
Priority Assets
Schedule Tasks
Sections can be selected on the left side of the page to show all dashboard items relating to that section. The image below some of the sections you may see in Dashboard. The items shown will be dependant on your User rights, so may not be the same as shown below.
To view all records for a dashboard item, select the item and press Details to be taken to the Dashboard Grid.
The Dashboard Grid is a full list of the records (e.g. Users, Assets, Events or Reports) for a single Dashboard item.
The Dashboard Grid can be filtered as sorted. Click here for full details on this functionality.
From the Dashboard Command Bar you have the options to:
View all information for an individual item by pressing Details.
Remove any filters applied on the grid by pressing Clear Filters.
