Projects have sections for each entity type in the Section Menu. These entities can be linked to the project by navigating to the chosen entity. The process is the same for all entities.

Once an entity is selected, it will show you a summary grid of all the entities of that type that are linked to the project. From here, click Add New Link(s) in the Command Bar.
You will then be shown a grid of all entities available nationally. The grid can be filtered and sorted to find the entities of interest. There is also an option to filter the grid by those that are geospatially located within the project extent. Use Filter Project Extent from the Command Bar.
From the entities in the grid, you can link them to a project in one of two ways, from the Command Bar:
Entities can be linked to more than one project.
Entities can be removed from the project if added by mistake or the wrong link type. They can be removed from the “to be linked” side pop up by selecting Remove From Basket from the Command Bar.
To confirm new links or remove existing ones, select Finish Updating from the Command Bar. These will now appear in the list of linked entities for the project, under the relevant entity.
From the grid of entities, it is also possible to unlink entities from the project if they have been added incorrectly. Use Remove Link(s) from the Command Bar. You can then confirm the intention to remove (or cancel) in the Command Bar.
