Priority Assets are defined in CD 535 as “An outfall or soakaway that presents a risk of pollution, or a culvert that presents a risk of flooding“.
Every culvert, outfall and soakaway on GDMS has an accompanying risk register that can be updated to assess the current risk status. The assessment criteria can be found in CD 535 ENAA.
Work carried out on a priority asset to mitigate the pollution or flood risk, can be recorded in a workflow. Workflows are made up several activities for different stages of the work and can ultimately be marked as completed to update the risk status to “X (risk addressed)”.
