If an upload has no errors and was not uploaded for check only, then Schedule Import will be available from the Command Bar of the upload task to a Manager or Editor in that Area.
If there are data loss warnings, only a Manager can schedule an import.
There is a final page where you can add additional information about the import, these include a title and confirmation of understanding that importing is irreversible.
On confirming the import you will be taken back to the Upload Task page. The asset systems being updated will be hard-locked during the import process and cannot be unlocked.
On completion of the import of the asset systems, a View Activity Set button on the Command Bar will become available.This will show you all the assets associated with the upload. From the Activity Set, you can view asset activities by type and view the details of any asset by using View Asset from the Command Bar.
Once happy with the import, you should close the task from Command Bar in the Upload Task page.
