Creating a new priority asset workflow activity

New activities can be added to a workflow using the following process:

  1. To create a priority asset workflow activity, navigate to a priority asset workflow details page and select Activities from the Section Menu.
  2. A summary of all activities will appear. Here is where you can create an activity, using Add Activity from the Command Bar.
  3. All bold fields are mandatory for creation. Once complete, you must Save from the Command Bar.
  4. The summary details of the new priority asset workflow activity will be available.

The new workflow stage of the activity can only be the equivalent or later stage as the previously recorded activity. If you need to go back to a previous stage, or change the funding route, you'll need to cancel the workflow and create a new one.

The workflow stage will be updated in the priority asset workflow details pages once an activity is added.
