Creating a new priority asset workflow

Users with “Edit “ or “Manage” permissions can create a priority asset workflow within the Area(s) they hold permissions for. The steps are as follows:

  1. To create a priority asset workflow, navigate to a priority asset details page and select Workflow from the Section Menu.
  2. A summary of all in progress and complete workflows will appear. Only one in progress priority asset workflow is allowed at any one time. Here is where you can start a workflow.
  3. All bold fields are mandatory for creation. Selecting a funding route will dictate the initial workflow stage options. Once complete, you must save from the command bar.
  4. The summary details of the new priority asset workflow will be available.

Any in progress workflows must be completed before new workflows can be made.
