During the workflow stage, a manager can also cancel the workflow. They will be required to enter some justification for cancelling and as a result, the risk status of the priority asset will stay the same.
Once cancelled, the workflow will be locked for editing and no new activities can be added. A new workflow for the priority asset can then be created.
