When all mandatory metadata has been submitted for a project, a Manager can approve the project. Approval of a project prevents an Editor from making updates to the metadata, extents and linked roads.
The Manager must confirm they wish to approve the project. The project metadata status will be set to ‘Approved’ on the details page.
Entities can still be linked or unlinked from a project by both an Editor and a Manager.
