For guidance on different types of activity and data requirements to create an activity, see Activities.
To access activities, select a package and then Activities. This will show a grid of all activities that have been created for the selected package.
Select an activity to view activity details. All objects associated to the activity can also be viewed.
Activities are created for an individual package and cover a single day. To perform any edits or confirmations on TabletGAD, an activity must be created.
To create an activity, navigate to Activites and select Create Activity.
Activities can also be created after editing an object, when the user is prompted to select an activity, by selecting Create Activity.
All details should be entered if possible. Mandatory data must be entered to create an activity. When finished, click Save.
If creating an activity as part of an edit or confirmation, you will then be able to select the newly created activity to associate to the object.
After creating, editing or confirming an object in TabletGAD you will be prompted to associate an activity to the action.
If an activity has already been associated that day in the package you are using, you will be prompted to apply the last associated activity as default. Press Yes to apply it. To associate a different activity select No and select the activity from the grid.
Activities can be deleted if they have not yet been associated to any GAD objects. To delete an activity, navigate to its Details page and select Delete Activity.
