A CSV file, or Comma-Separated Values file, is a standard file format for storing tabulated data which can be used with a wide range of software include spreadsheet and database packages.
Many of the GDMS Summary Grids can be exported in CSV format. This gives you flexibility to analyse the information outside the system without being limited by the tools and functions built into GDMS.
The contents of the CSV file will reflect the filtering and sorting applied to the grid. To download a CSV, click the Export CSV button on the command bar.
The file will be prepared and automatically downloaded according to your browser settings (this may take several minutes for large quantities of data).
Use these tools to only export relevant information, which will speed up the export process and generally make the file easier to work with later.
