Creating a new sub-catchment flood risk workflow

Users with “Edit “ or “Manage” permissions can create a flood risk workflow within the Area(s) they hold permissions for. The steps are as follows:

  1. To create a flood risk workflow, navigate to a flood risk details page and select Workflow from the Section Menu.
  2. A summary of all in progress and complete workflows will appear. Only one in progress flood risk workflow is allowed at any one time per sub-catchment. Here is where you can start a workflow.
  3. All bold fields are mandatory for creation. Selecting a funding route will dictate the initial workflow stage options. Once complete, you must save from the command bar.
  4. The summary details of the new sub-catchment flood risk workflow will be available.

Any in progress workflows must be completed before new workflows can be made.
