Completing a flood risk workflow

For you to be able to complete a sub-catchment flood risk workflow, you must have all the mandatory data marked (**) inputted for the last recorded activity. You will need to add a new activity if all of the information isn’t completed, in order to complete the workflow.

When complete, a manager can do one of the following options:

  1. Submit workflow for assurance* using Submit for Assurance from the Command Bar (sends to SES for assurance)

This will mean the workflow is locked from further editing, so ensure you have provided the correct details before submitting.

  1. Complete workflow without assurance (you need to enter the final workflow stage and provide a justification for completing without assurance). This option should only be used if, during the workflow stages, a desk/field study identified that there was no longer an active flood risk in this sub-catchment and therefore no mitigation work was required. The risk status will be updated to X(risk addressed).

*You should send all workflows for assurance where some sort of mitigation has been implemented.

Before submitting for assurance you must upload an attached file to the workflow as evidence. This would usually be a Task Completion Certificate.
