Projects can only be removed by a Manager when the metadata status is preliminary. There is a Remove button available in the Command Bar.
The Manager must confirm they wish to remove the project and provide a reason for removal. Once the project is removed, it will not be available from the grid of existing projects.
A project cannot be removed by any user once it has been approved.
