Editing projects

Users with “Edit “ or “Manage” permissions can edit project metadata within the Area(s) they hold permissions. There are three options available:

To edit the metadata for a project, use Edit from the Command Bar when in a project details page. Here you can add more data or update existing data.
To update the geospatial extents, you need to use Update Extents from the Command Bar. Here you can change it to non-locatable or update the extents.
Lastly, you can update the road associated with the project by using Update Roads on the Command Bar. You can add new roads to the project using Add Road(s) on the next page. Equally, you can remove any current roads added to the project using Remove Road(s). Once happy, you must press Finish Updating.

Only a Manager can edit project metadata, extents or associated roads once the project has been approved.
